UI in Review
Underwater Intervention 2018
Last week we were in New Orleans, exhibiting at Underwater Intervention (UI 2018) with Inuktun InCommand Robotics and Seamor Marine. The event drew key personnel from underwater operations industries, with attendees from across the globe.
Even with the wide range of new technologies and subsea imaging equipment on display at the conference, the Crystal Cam Diamond HD really set itself apart. At only 1.62 inches (41 mm) diameter, the Diamond camera offers full 1080p HD video, with integrated lighting and a 1,000 foot (300 m.) depth rating – making it ideal for divers, ROV operators, inspection technicians or OEMs. It’s perfect for a range of subsea applications including Remote Visual Inspection (RVI), General Visual Inspection (GVI), remote monitoring and more.
UI2018 marked the official launch of the new Diamond HD camera, but some of our dealers have already been demonstrating the system to key industrial customers. Check out this video, recently taken with the Diamond HD push system, at a chemical plant in Texas.
From corrosion assessment to caisson and riser assessment, Crystal Cam now offers a High Definition option for almost any inspection requirement. The Diamond HD if offered as a stand-alone unit or as a full turnkey package, and, just like all our cameras and crawlers, it is available for purchase or rentals.
